FAQ

Can I have a different file size than what's listed in the product description?

Yes! Before purchasing, please contact us with your size requirement. Once I have reviewed and confirmed your request, you can proceed with your purchase and I will send you a Dropbox download link with your customized file within 24 hours.

Where can I download my files once I’ve purchased them?

Your files will be available for download from your Order Status page at all times. You should receive a confirmation email with a link to this page shortly after purchase. If you don’t receive an email, be sure to check your junk folder. If you have any issues locating your files or downloading, contact me and I’ll help you.

Where do you recommend printing my files?

If you prefer not to print at home, I would recommend sending your files to an online printer such as Mpix or Shutterfly to ensure quality and color accuracy. I recommend avoiding office supply stores such as Staples or Office Max for printing.

What kind of paper do you recommend for printing?

Heavyweight, matte photo paper, card stock, or glossy photo paper are great options for your prints. I prefer matte paper over glossy for art prints to reduce glare, however it is a personal preference!

Can I have a print recolored?

Yes, as long as the print is eligible. Please visit Singular Toys on Etsy, where I handle all custom requests, and send me a message so we can discuss customization details.

Do you take custom orders?

Depending on the type of request, I do occasionally accept custom orders. To request a custom print, please  visit Singular Toys on Etsy where I handle all custom orders, and send me a message about what you are looking for. I will get back to you ASAP to discuss details.

The printer I want to use has said that I need permission to print the art. Can you help?

Yes! Please download my Print Release Form and show it to your printer. They should allow you to print afterwards. If you still have issues printing, please contact me and I would be happy to reach out to the printer on your behalf.
